First week done. I lost 6.5 pounds in the first week. It was not easy, ecspecially when my family is enjoying foods I am not eating ha. However, it was doable and I will not give up.
I used to weigh myself everyday and give up on a food plan after 3 days. I think weighing myself once a week has helped tremendously even though it has only been one week!
This week I am going to continue what I have been doing: no sugar or flour, 3 meals a day, drink lots of water, and focus on positive thinking!
When I was in highschool, I was in cross-country and loved to run. I get that “runners high.” I think I am going to start walking in the next few weeks and when I get down into the 100’s start to run again. I miss it and I am excited to do it again.
